Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Cluster account and associated cloud data. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting your account removes your profile, crews you own, tasks,
shopping data, crew memberships, and other synced content tied to your
account from our cloud service.
Delete in the app
- Open Cluster and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Support & Legal.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile (handle, display name, avatar settings)
- Cloud-synced tasks, crews, memberships, invites, and shopping data
- Progress data such as streaks and XP stored in the cloud
What may remain
- Local cached data on a device until you clear it or uninstall the app
- Limited backup or log records retained briefly for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
- Content that other crew members created separately from your account
Need help deleting?
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple ID account and include the handle shown in your Cluster profile: appvior2+cluster@gmail.com.
We may ask for information to verify ownership before completing a manual deletion request.
